A message from the Chief: The PRFD has been around for 95 years, and there is a lot of history and people who have made this Department what it is today. The PRFD is comprised of a group of very dedicated, experienced, and well-trained individuals. The "right stuff" that is seen in our fellow firefighters and emergency response members throughout Alberta, Canada, the United States, and the World is alive and well in Peace River.
